Nutritionally, they are rich in vitamins A, C, and K, contain antioxidants, and offer a good source of calcium, iron, and fiber, making them a nutrient-dense addition to salads, sandwiches, and smoothies.

We offer local delivery each week:
- TUESDAY: Uxbridge, Port Perry, Markham, Stouffville, and Newmarket
- WEDNESDAY: Whitby, Ajax, and Oshawa
You will receive a notification the morning of your delivery to remind you to please leave a cooler with ice packs at your door on delivery day. If you have any specific instructions (e.g. side door, gate code, or preferred drop-off spot), be sure to add them at checkout.
